📦 Open Live vs. Ship Sealed
At PokePenguin Collectibles, all booster packs are shipped sealed by default.
However, during select TikTok Live Streams, we offer a special “Open Live” experience for viewers who purchase while we're live.
📺 Open Live Rules
- Available ONLY during TikTok Live streams
- Packs must be purchased while we are live to be opened on stream
- Only hits will be sleeved; only hits and bulk will be shipped after the live
- If purchased outside of live hours, your pack will be shipped sealed

- Once a pack is opened live, it cannot be sealed or refunded
- We cannot open packs on request outside of live streams
- If you’re unsure, it’s safest to assume your order will be shipped sealed
