All products ordered outside of TikTok Live will be shipped sealed.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

If marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office first.
